Mikogo for Mac offers you an all-in-one desktop sharing and online meeting solution for up to 25 participants. The app is accessible across different platforms and comes with advanced features like chat, voice conferencing, whiteboard, and file transfers.
Mikogo sports an unobtrusive and well-designed interface. Clicking each option gives you detailed balloon help tips, which will help you get started right away. One great feature is that the application doesn’t require your participants to download the app in order to communicate with you; they can access your conference via an HTML Viewer. Another nice feature is the easy desktop sharing option, which offers a good display quality, clear enough for you to see the fine details. You can easily schedule sessions and invite participants using the Scheduler option. When starting a session, apart from choosing the Standard Profile, which you can use for your online meetings, you can also choose the Support option, which is great if you need to use this app to conduct a remote support session. We were able to start a new session quickly and invite other participants using a small plus icon in the application interface. If any of your participants do not have the app, they can easily log in via the HTML Viewer available through the link go.mikogo.com. The only other information you need to provide them with is a nine-digit session ID number that will be visible to you in the application interface as soon as you start your session.
